Hi, I'm Marcia Griswold
I'm an Ironman, master fitness instructor, mom, and teacher with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. My background includes instruction in kickboxing, spinning, TRX, and strength training. I call upon all of these backgrounds to create unique, challenging, and immersive fitness experiences which unite the body and mind to achieve new levels of fitness.
My childhood was spent outside in nature. We left the house in the morning and did not return until the streetlights came on. We ran, chased, climbed, threw, kicked, swam, jumped. We played hard, and we got dirty. OUTFit is the adult expression of that childhood joy.
I am proud to have created OUTFit for people in the Southeastern Massachusetts area to get outside and overcome adulthood.

OUTFit Get Outside is an outdoor fitness company dedicated to getting people outside. We believe in the transformative power of nature, achieving better health through playing hard, confronting challenges, pushing boundaries and working together within the natural world to experience joy.

Can’t say enough about Marcia and her Ladies’ Night and Warrior classes. Whether you are a beginner to exercise or have been working out your whole life, she will challenge you mentally and physically without any stress or feeling that you are being judged. Marcia and the ladies always support and encourage each other. We laugh at each other and ourselves, we whine and complain, and we leave feeling like we got a great workout with great people. Give it a try, even if you aren’t a “workout” person. You just might surprise yourself, I know I did.
